Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mixed frozen vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 can Durkee fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Add rest of cheese and onion.
    Return to oven and cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
