Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; cool.
Blend milk, cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Fold in pineapple.
Pour into pan or mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
