Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast, sugar and warm water together. Dissolve. Mix remaining ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
    Let rise 15 minutes. Shape into pretzels and dip in soda water.
    Let rise again. Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
