Creole Seasoning Blend - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cayenne
1 Tbsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sweet basil
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
Preparation

Combine all in blender or food processor.
Mix at highest speed for 30 seconds.
Store in tightly covered jar.
Uses:
gumbo, jambalaya, barbecue sauce, soups, stews, chicken, fish or shrimp.
