Becky'S Marshmallow Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 c. salted butter, softened
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 c. (12 oz.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
    8 oz. miniature marshmallows (frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Leave marshmallows in freezer until just prior to baking, they thaw too quickly.
