Company Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 to 6 Tbsp. uncooked regular rice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Arrange pork chops in casserole or baking dish.
    Sprinkle chopped onion over the chops.
    Place 1 tablespoon of rice on each pork chop.
    Pour stewed tomatoes over the top.
    Cover dish with foil and bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
