Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked, chopped and salted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onions, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. cheese
cracker crumbs
Preparation
-
Place 1/2 cup of uncooked rice in pan with 1 cup water and dash of salt.
Let it come to a boil; turn off heat.
Let remain on until cooled.
Rice will not be sticky.
