Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 to 5 jalapenos
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
dash of oregano
dash of cumin
Preparation

Chop or mince all vegetables.
Simmer on low heat in a covered pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
Refrigerate.
