Easy Microwave Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef cubes
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 or 2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of allspice
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (for browning)
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    3 to 4 potatoes
    1/2 box frozen peas
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Place first eleven ingredients in microwave covered dish. Microwave at High for 10 minutes, Medium-high for 10 minutes and Low for 30 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add more water, if necessary. Microwave until tender.
    Add vegetables.
    Microwave at High until tender.
    Gradually sprinkle four tablespoons of flour over stew while stirring.
    Cook (microwave) until thickened, stirring once. May also be cooked conventionally.
