Pineapple-Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated Cheddar
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced chives
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Serve on crackers, Melba toast, or very thin sandwich bread, such as rye or pumpernickel.
