Homemade Health Cereal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. oats (old fashioned)
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 c. regular toasted wheat germ
    1 c. honey
    1 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix honey and oil together.
    Add honey and oil to dry mixture and mix thoroughly until moist and in clumps.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Spread mixture in 2 or 3 pans with sides.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Stir from sides to center.
    Bake 5 more minutes and stir.
    Repeat every 5 minutes for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Should spread out and be loose.
    Spread on paper to cool.
    Store in canister or Ziploc bags.
    Add dried fruits of choice.
