Oven Fried Chicken With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thighs, skin removed
    1 whole breast, cut into 4 pieces and skin removed
    low-fat buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    canola oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cover chicken with buttermilk; marinate for about an hour.
