Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mushrooms
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 c. light cream
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
4 oz. chopped pimientos
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms and green pepper in margarine.
Add flour and salt.
Stir well.
Add light cream, chicken broth and cooked chicken.
Add pimientos and stir until thickened.
Serve in Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry shells.
