Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 beaten eggs
    2 scant c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 pt. half and half
    milk (to fill can)
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together and pour into ice cream freezer can.
    Finish filling with milk.
    Makes 1 gallon.
