Cream Puff Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, combine the water, shortening and salt until melted. Add flour and stir constantly until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball.\tRemove from heat and cool a few minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth and velvety. Spread in a greased 9-inch glass pie pan. Be sure to grease the sides of the pan but do not spread batter on sides. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce to 350\u00b0.\tBake until done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool away from any draft.
