Pork Chop And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. parsley
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In skillet, brown chops. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. In 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with chops. Cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
