Chicken Or (Pork) Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, chilled rice
    3 eggs
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. chicken or pork, cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Place cooking oil in skillet and heat.
    Add cut up onion and meat. Cook completely. Beat eggs and mix with meat. Add cooked rice, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Catsup or soy sauce may be added while cooking, if desired. Serves 5.
