Famous Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. (2 lb. bag) grated carrots
1 c. pecans or walnuts
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Preparation

Mix ingredients together, then add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Oil and flour pan.
