Carrot Apple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water
2 large apples, pared, cored and diced
2 c. shredded carrots (6)
3/4 c. oat bran cereal
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
350\u00b0.
Combine
lemon
juice,
sugar, ginger, cinnamon and
water in large bowl.
Add apple, carrots and oat bran
cereal.
Stir
until
well
mixed.
Stir in egg. Spoon into 9-inch square pan, lightly oiled.
Cover with foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until carrots are tender.
