Pizza Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Italian style fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes
    1 (15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    shredded lettuce (optional)
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Cover each cube of cheese with about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture, carefully sealing all around.
    Place meatballs in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
