Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium yams, cooked and peeled
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.
Blend in sugar and salt.
Increase heat and bring to boiling.
Add potatoes and cook over medium heat, turning potatoes several times.
Cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are well glazed and thoroughly heated.
