Crackling Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. White Lily self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. crackling
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix and pour into well-greased iron skillet sprinkled with cornmeal. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
