Pineapple-Pear Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
    2 medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped
    6 packets Equal
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
    Stir in undrained, crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold onto a plate.
    Makes 8 servings.
