Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 slices cooked bacon, diced
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and slice zucchini.
    Place vegetable in saucepan.
    Add water and cook over medium heat until done.
    Combine cheeses, egg, sour cream and flour.
    Stir into zucchini.
    Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir often until thickened.
