Snow Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. pineapple juice
water (enough to make 1 1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Cook the mixture in double boiler until thick and creamy. After it has slightly cooled, add stiff egg whites.
Beat vigorously.
Place in baked pie shell.
Top with whip cream.
