Teatime Tassies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and butter together.
    Add flour; blend to make a smooth dough.
    Roll dough into 24 balls the size of walnuts; press each in a muffin cup.
    Place in refrigerator; chill for 1 hour.
