Speedy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and garlic in Dutch oven; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain off drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minuets, stirring occasionally.
    Yields about 4 cups.
