Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
10 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. bread crumbs or cubes
2 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crumble, brown and drain sausage.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and salt and beat.
Stir in bread, cheese and sausage. Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
