Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. crumbled day old bread
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. finely minced onion
    1 c. finely minced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt (more or less as desired)
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. parsley (f desired)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine and saute the onion and celery until light yellow. Add bread crumbs and remaining ingredients.
    Toss lightly with
    a fork to
    mix.
    Makes enough stuffing for a small turkey, 8 pounds.
    Use half for a roasting chicken.
