Nutty Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can sliced peaches (and juice)
    1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Layer in order given in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
