Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 medium onion
    2 cups ground beef
    2 cups cooked rice
    3 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup catsup
Preparation
    Cut ends off peppers and remove seeds.
    Boil pepper 5 minutes.
    Chop pepper ends and onions.
    Saute with ground beef until brown, add other ingredients.
    Bake in muffin pan for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
    Serves 6.
