The Best Bran Muffins(For The Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour (white or whole-wheat)
    3 c. sugar (white or brown)
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water (not hot)
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
Preparation
    Mix well and add to starter, stirring well. Let stand out of the refrigerator all day, 8 to 12 hours. This does not rise; only bubbles. Take out one cup to use in making bread and return remainder starter to refrigerator for 3 to 5 days and feed again. If not making bread after feeding, throw 1 cup away or give to a friend. Store starter in a Cool Whip container with slits in the lid or use a glass jar with lid not screwed down.
