Meat Eggrolls(Lumpia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    2 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    oil for deep frying
    catsup
    eggroll wrappers (available in Asian markets)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except oil and catsup.
    Put small amount of filling inside each eggroll wrapper.
    Roll up filled wrapper, but before you get to the end, brush wrapper end with beaten egg so that wrapper will stick together.
    Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with catsup for dipping.
    Makes approximately 30 rolls.
