Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. diluted Milnot
    1/2 c. nutmeats (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, flour, salt and spices together and stir into pumpkin.
    Add diluted Milnot and eggs.
    Add nuts at this point if you are using them.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
    Garnish with whipped Milnot topping.
