Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
