Flan(Spanish Custard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar, milk and vanilla and mix well. Brown sugar in pan you are going to bake it in.
    Pour everything in it and set in a pan of water.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0, then cool it and turn over to serve.
