Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large 2 1/2 lb. can pumpkin or 3 c. fresh
4 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 large yellow or white cake mix
1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle one large white or yellow cake mix \"dry\" evenly over pumpkin.
Drizzle melted oleo over dry cake.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
Bake until knife comes out clean.
Top with Cool Whip.
