Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 ripe tomatoes
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. sliced jalapeno pepper
3 Tbsp. canola oil
3 Tbsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Peel and dice tomatoes in large pan. Dice onion and peppers, add to other ingredients and cook on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
This can be put in jars and sealed.
Good kept in refrigerator for a week.
