Meat Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. liquid shortening
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours or up to 5 days.
    Excellent with chicken or beef.
