Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pour melted butter, salt and pepper over potatoes.
    Add onion, soup, milk, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Mix well.
    Cover with buttered crumbs or use crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
