Basic Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
    1 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
    Add brown sugar and stir to dissolve.
    Let cool.
    Beat granulated sugar and egg.
    Add chocolate mixture, flour, baking powder and vanilla, stirring just enough to mix.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 12.
