Hot Cider Dressing For Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1/2 c. sliced purple onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Combine apple juice and onion in medium non-aluminum saucepan. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir well. Bring mix to a boil over medium heat.
    Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve warm over spinach salad.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
