Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    2/3 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs or 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    In a large mixing bowl, flake salmon with a fork.
    Add bread crumbs, minced onion, green onions, beaten egg, milk and butter.
    Mix well.
    Shape into patties.
    Fry in deep fat until brown.
