Barbecue Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large thin sliced potatoes
1 small chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco
1/4 lb. (12 slices) American cheese
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Put layer of potatoes in baking dish, sprinkle with chopped onion and salt and pepper. Lay slices of cheese over them. Repeat.
Mix ketchup, milk, butter and sauces together and pour over potato layers.
Place bay leaf on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
