Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Beat eggs, then add rest of ingredients in order given.
Mix with a wire whisk.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
