Cucumber And Melon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cantaloupes
    1 large cucumber
    3 c. water
    3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tarragon leaves
    3 Tbsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Peel and seed cantaloupe; slice into 1/4-inch wedges. Peel cucumbers.
    Slice into half lengthwise and slice thinly.
    Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Mix together.
    Chill one hour. Ready to serve.
    Yields 8 servings.
