Lobster Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cream or half and half
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked lobster meat
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and seasonings.
Stir until smooth. Add milk and cream slowly; cook over low heat until thickened. Heat slowly.
Do not let boil.
