Sweet Sour Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. shoyu
    2 cans tuna, drained (7 oz.)
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch and vinegar in skillet.
    Add sugar, catsup and shoyu. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add tuna. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add pineapple and green pepper. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
