Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil (for frying)
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Sift dry ingredients, add and beat.
Heat oil to 360\u00b0 in 8-inch skillet.
Pour 1/2 cup batter through a funnel in a spiral shape.
Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Using tongs, turn cakes carefully.
Cook 1 minute more.
Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 4 cakes.
