Tuna Marbels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 egg
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine tuna, onion, mustard, oatmeal, egg and lemon juice. Mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
